Environment

Goal-oriented approach
By providing holistic environmental management system technology across the entire value chain, we aim to help governments, corporations and private entities achieve their operational goals while pursuing sustainability targets. Our goal is to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their development goals.
Industry-government-academia collaboration
We participate in long-term collaboration with national environmental initiatives and academic institutions. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as big data analytics, unoccupied aircraft systems (UAS), and IoT environmental monitoring devices, we incorporate AI with temporal and spatial algorithms to automatically identify environmental hotspots. This approach supports government agencies and businesses in implementing digital transformation management and formulating effective environmental strategies, all aimed at maximizing the utilization of limited resources.

Social

Mutual prosperity
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and changes in the geopolitical landscape, we have been actively supporting government and medical institutions. We work closely with partners and academic institutions on several fronts, including dengue fever management and COVID-19 information maps. In addition, we donated epidemic prevention supplies to government and medical institutions during the pandemic to contribute to the resilience of the public health system in addressing these challenges.
Community engagement
EGIT prioritizes engagement with the indigenous communities of Taiwan. We are a long-time sponsor of Chin-ai Music, the first indigenous string orchestra in Taiwan, and support the operational management of indigenous orchestras in rural areas of Taiwan.
Talent development
In long-term collaboration with academic institutions, we offer internship programs aimed at providing guidance and nurturing future professionals in the industry. We also provide living allowances support for foreign interns to promote international cooperation.

Safe and inviting workplace
As we expand our office space, we are actively participating in national green procurement initiatives. Our commitment includes reducing paper usage, prioritizing LED lighting for energy efficiency, and implementing a 90-minute lights-off period during lunch for both energy savings and employee wellbeing. We emphasize office greening and use nighttime UV disinfection in common areas. In addition, the ventilation circulation system is set to automated timer settings. Furthermore, we incorporate open server racks in our office space. These energy-saving and carbon-reducing measures ensure a stable power supply, reinforced by an uninterrupted power supply system for continuous operation.
Information security
In 2021, EGIT implemented a company-wide ISO27001 information security management system and established the Information Security Management Committee. The committee is responsible for reducing the impact of risks by strengthening risk management during special risk episodes, and is responsible for the daily monitoring and supervision of information security risks.
Employee wellbeing & career development
We provide comprehensive annual physical exams for employees and offer amenities such as karaoke, audio-visual and gaming equipment, and unlimited snacks and coffee. In addition, EGIT organizes regular "EGIT Academy" events, inviting experts and scholars from home and abroad to give lectures and facilitate the exchange of technical expertise and experience.
